Have you ever been in a situation where the student is telling you that he doesn't have access to a certain lesson or module, and you have no idea why that is happening?

To stop that from happening, we have created a tool that will do an enrollment explanation for you. It will analyze lesson by lesson for you and give you an explanation of what could be wrong so that student is not able to see the content.

First, go to the Users -> Students page. 

From here, all you need to do is to find a student and then click anywhere (except buttons) on the row for that student:


On the next page, find the enrollment that the student has issues with, and click on the enrollment explanation icon:


Finally, you will get to the page where you will get a clear explanation for every module/lesson that the student doesn't have access to, and you will immediately know what needs to be done to fix that issue.
