What happens after canceling my MembersPRO subscription?
Canceling your MembersPRO subscription will cancel all future payments and end access to your account (this includes access to your content) at the end of your current billing period. On the date your account is set to cancel, your account will become inactive and inaccessible to your students and collaborators. This means your existing students cannot log in to your student portal and will lose access to the courses they have purchased.

To cancel your subscription, all you need to do is:
- click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- click on the subscription
On the next page, click on your currently active payment plan:
From here, click on Cancel Subscription:
Finally, click on Confirm Cancellation:
