All you need to do is:
- click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- click on the subscription
On the next page, click on your currently active payment plan:
From here, click on Edit Subscription:
On the next page, click on Change:
Select your:
1. new payment plan
2. billing frequency
3. click on Update
Finally, click on Update Subscription:
If you have done everything correctly, you will be redirected to the page where you can see your new payment plan:
