First, go to the Users -> Students page.
Then, find a student and then click anywhere (except buttons) on the row for that student:
On the next page, click on the Create button:
Finally, you have to do the following:
- select the course in which you want to enroll the student
- select the enrollment type (options here depend on course type)
- click on Confirm button
